Envision Chiropractic accepts personal injury referrals from Bellingham and Whatcom County attorneys. Your client is seen the same day, examined with objective measures, imaged on site when indicated, and documented in a report your demand package can actually use.
What Referring Attorneys Get
- Same-day intake. Call the office and we will get your client evaluated the same business day whenever the schedule allows — early treatment strengthens both recovery and the record.
- Objective findings, not vague notes. Range-of-motion measurement, orthopedic and neurologic testing, and digital X-ray with line-drawing analysis where clinically indicated.
- Narrative reports on request. History, mechanism of injury, exam findings, diagnosis, treatment rendered, causation discussion, prognosis, and residual impairment.
- Clean, itemized billing. CPT and ICD-10 coded ledgers, PIP and med-pay billed directly, and lien or letter-of-protection arrangements when coverage is exhausted.
- Timely records. Requests are turned around promptly so your demand timeline does not slip.
- Appropriate referral out. When findings call for MRI, orthopedics, neurology, or pain management, we refer and document it.

How The Referral Process Works
- Send the referral. Call (360) 996-6505 or email info@envision-chiropractic.com with the client's name, contact number, date of loss, and coverage status.
- We schedule and examine. Same-day when possible, with a full intake, objective exam, and imaging if indicated.
- Treatment and documentation. A defined care plan with periodic re-exams, daily notes, and progress documentation throughout.
- Discharge and narrative. Final re-exam, discharge summary, and a narrative report with billing ledger delivered to your office.
Coverage And Billing
We bill Washington PIP and med-pay directly, coordinate with health insurance where appropriate, and accept a signed lien or letter of protection when no coverage is available. Your client is not asked to pay out of pocket to begin care on a lien case. See our insurance and payment page for details.
