It varies by condition, but most decompression plans run 12–20 sessions over about 6 weeks. We'll give you a clear estimate after your exam and imaging, not an open-ended commitment.

Yes. We offer both lumbar (lower back) and cervical (neck) decompression at our Bellingham clinic.
Yes — we accept insurance. We are an out-of-network office, so we collect payment at the time of your visit and provide a superbill you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement. Many patients also use HSA/FSA, and we'll always walk you through cost up front.
